1984 Front Cover
If the reader read the brief "View Description" under "Calendars" on the Portfolio page, an entire overview of the origins and history of the calendar can be found in the "Journal" section (...Extraordinary Americana") of this website, Each year (calendar) in this section, contains a paragraph or two related to some pertinent, odd, unusual, and, certainly, educational, gleaned from that year's pre-production: problems and sometimes solutions. (Usually, the solutions are (not) seen in the following calendar). Since the first calendar IS the origin, "1984" is pretty much covered in the Journal.
I would like to mention my computer wizard, John Richard. His hand, heart, and eye is in every page of this website. In the Calendar section, we decided to have each year cover two pages (numbers at the top). The cover will always be shown; the 2nd full page will mostly be an inside page -occasionally the back cover.
What calendars remain can be purchased at cost -checks only (see "Contact" page). Pay-Pal and plastic (pills and petrol) -I had to keep it all pee's- have screwed us all.
Several years have been sold-out; you know, like "NO WAY!" Unfortunately: "WAY!"
Keep in mind with the first few calendars (mid-eighties), printing was Prometheus: discovering fire. I have advanced to computer-stillborn.
