The Letter Killith but Spirit Givith Life (1998)
Artist Note: Almost all artists in their time are aware that "artist" is notarized some 100-plus years after they have did their time. All living artist's will still have a few pieces they actually like. This piece is one I was happy with immediately, which has nada to do with good or bad, better or worse. It never should. It is certainly the most explosive and colorful piece I have done and it comes with the territory that all reproductions have been in black and white. This is also I good time to say (admit?) that many lines I use, readable or illegible, are rarely in context.
Calligraphically, the line rimes with my feelings. In the context of Paul's usage, it refers to something else.
