Einsatzgruppen 3 (1992)
Artist Note: "Einsatzgruppen" and "Holocaust" pieces are followed by numbers, some over 30, These began in the late 80's and continue. They are not historical: what was never going to happen again are today's headlines. Most pieces contain Egon Schiele's "Black-Haired Nude Girl, Standing," (1910). Each are freely drawn by Glen. The names in most pieces are small villages in eastern Europe, western Russia and all between. "Einsatzgruppen" refers to Nazi "Killing Squads" clearing the path for the German tanks to follow.
